We could not be more pleased with the exceptional work that Sir Grout's stone restoration performed on our quartz countertop. When it was installed a month ago as part of our kitchen remodel, the surface looked dull and chalky, not at all like the showroom sample we had, and we were quite concerned about the risk of staining and fingerprints. From the very beginning, the Sir Grout Central Coast team demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism and a commitment to finding the right solution.
What impressed us most was their dedication to the process. They kept us informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on their research, testing of several different products and creating sample applications to evaluate the best approach. They invested an extraordinary amount of time and effort exploring every option until they found the perfect solution.
The final result exceeds our expectations. The product they selected (Akemi Transformer Max protectant color enhancing toner impregnator, made in Germany) transformed our countertop. The surface now looks absolutely gorgeous. Akemi brought out beautiful tones and rich depth. The surface now looks nourished and vibrant. Our plumbing was installed this past weekend, and we are thrilled to see that our countertop now provides excellent water repellence and protection.

Sir Grout was one of the most friendliest and communicative companies that I have dealt with. David and Kaveh were a pleasure, and happily answered all my questions. Kaveh went the extra mile to make sure the end result was great.
We got a quote from Re-bath, $13,000. Our tile was in great condition as well as 80% of the grout, so we looked into just the grout. Our salesperson, David, explained it well and answered all our questions. This service cleans and coats the tile and grout to protect from further mold and easier cleaning.
Sir Grout came in under $2,000 for a shower, tub, and 2 floors. So many more projects to do with that money.
Had some issues with cracking our shower pan in 2 places, but they didn't try to get out of it, they called in an outside shower pan professional, at their cost, to repair it until we were 100% happy with the results.
This is a small company trying to get off the ground. If the grout is your primary issue, you should call them. You too will be 100% satisfied with the results. ☺️
