We recently used Sir Grout Central Coast for refurbishing our bathroom countertops and bath/shower enclosures. Our home is 18 years old, and the grout has gotten pretty stained and cracked in many areas. Josh Franz, the owner, was easy to contact and arrange for an estimate. He walked me through the process and was very friendly and professional. We scheduled the work and are extremely happy with the results!
The tile and grout look brand new. The technician, Dorian, arrived as scheduled, was very accommodating, and left the work area as clean as when he arrived. There were a couple of issues that arose during the process, but the most important one is that they were handled quickly and to our satisfaction - top ratings for customer service! We contacted Sir Grout because our terracotta tiled decks needed restoration. Sir Grout performed wonderfully from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment, the estimator showed up right on time, and provided a reasonable quote.
I scheduled the work to be done several weeks later due to us being away from home for about three weeks. The lady who set up the time to start the job was very pleasant, and when I called after returning from our trip to confirm the work days, she did not hesitate to confirm. Dorian, the technician assigned to perform the work, was outstanding.
He was efficient and worked without breaks except for lunch and trips to the hardware store to purchase more material to complete the job. Three days later, the work was completed, and the result was excellent. We are very pleased and plan on calling Sir Grout in the future for follow-up maintenance.

Our bathrooms are like new again! Our house was built in 1996 and has the classic white tile and white grout, which is impossible to keep clean. We purchased our house in 2013, and we have never seen our bathrooms this beautiful and clean! We will eventually replace them, but for the meantime I just wanted them cleaned up. Kaveh came out to do a free estimate and was very kind and professional. I appreciated he even put on shoe covers. He was not able to address my shower's issue as it's a bigger project requiring a general contractor, but he put me in contact with someone who should be able to do the work. If I need grout work in the future, I would definitely call them again.
