We recently had Sir Grout come out to restore our shower and natural stone floors, and I honestly can't say enough good things about Dorian! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, and really took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work; every detail was handled with so much care.
Our shower went from looking completely dull and stained to brand new again. The grout lines are crisp, the tiles are spotless, and the whole area just shines. Same with our floors, the difference is unbelievable. Dorian worked efficiently but never rushed; he made sure everything was sealed perfectly and left the place spotless when he was done.
If you're thinking about getting your tile or stone restored, ask for Dorian. His craftsmanship and professionalism are unmatched. It's rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys their craft and delivers this level of quality. Couldn't recommend him more!
