We had a wonderful experience working with Kaveh and his team. Kaveh was very professional and took the time to explain the process when he came to quote the job. He also asked me what I was expecting and made sure to let me know what could and couldn't be done. The price for the job was very reasonable and fair. Kaveh and his team showed up on time, ready to work, and went above and beyond our expectations. We would 100% use them again and recommend them to our friends and family.
Our bathrooms are like new again! Our house was built in 1996 and has the classic white tile and white grout, which is impossible to keep clean. We purchased our house in 2013, and we have never seen our bathrooms this beautiful and clean! We will eventually replace them, but for the meantime I just wanted them cleaned up. I am so happy with the outcome, and now I know how to care for my tile/grout correctly. I highly recommend this service!
We had an amazing experience with Sir Grout from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment, estimator showed up right on time, provided a very reasonable quote, and scheduled the work just a week later. The work itself was excellent. We love our bathrooms again. I couldn't be any happier!
Kaveh came out to do a free estimate and was very kind and professional. I appreciated he even put on shoe covers. He was not able to address my shower's issue as it's a bigger project requiring a general contractor, but he put me in contact with someone who should be able to do the work. If I need grout work in the future, I would definitely call them again.
WOW. Our tile floors, three showers and countertops have been completely transformed after 24 years of use! We are very impressed with the quality of service and value provided for the price.
Kaveh was very respectful and professional when he came out to give us an estimate. He thoroughly explained the process and answered questions effectively. Omar came out and completed all of the work. He was also very professional and hard-working. Excellent customer service and team work provided by both gentlemen.
